This beautiful cotton blend dress by Tommy Hilfiger is navy blue (twilight) and off-white (heather) in color, and has a lovely striped "rugby" design.  There is a drawstring at the empire waist and a pretty scoop neckline.  The number "85" is printed at the bottom left hem.

 

This is from Tommy Hilfiger's sleepwear collection, but can be worn also as a cute swim/ beach cover up!  It's perfectly nautical and adorable!

This dress is a size large, and due to its forgiving nature, could fit a wide range of sizes and body types.
