Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within the very same day or the next business day. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Item needs to be returned in original condition not used/worn with original packaging/tags attached. If the item is found to be faulty, then we will also refund the postage cost.
