Our store is set up to open an unpaid item case if you do not pay within 48 hours of purchase. If you need more time than this, that is O.K., just email us to let us know what your payment plans are. On eBay, communication is not only important, but is key for a positive experience for buyers as well as sellers. If you do not pay, or at least communicate within 48 hours, and an unpaid item case is opened, we as sellers have to wait 9 days to get our seller fees back from eBay. Also, we have to pay a fee to relist our item.
We sell mostly pre-owned goods. So, we are very honest with any imperfections or flaws in/on our items. Please make sure to read all descriptions and view all photos in our listing. If you have any questions to ask, do so before purchasing. This way you will get the exact item that you intended to purchase without any disappointment. However, we understand that sometimes someone changes their mind about the purchase. This is also O.K., but please be courteous and cancel the order on your end within the 48 hours. It is not fair for us to have to loose out on money to relist and have the down time for our item to be listed and sold.
