1994 sandy koufax endorsed pay check from a show he did for national pastime. check out his fee back then. he fees have gone up considerably higher now. i have followed koufax around the country a few time to get personal item sighed by him. really nice guy at the show signings. paid alot for this. it is a odd ball item for a koufax collector.most likely you will never see another one offered for sale to the public
