Uncut Butterick Children's/Boys/Girls' Costume Sewing Pattern 5806. Pattern is new and uncut. There is quite a bit of wear/tear to the envelope the pattern is in and a small rip on the bottom right corner, see pictures.
Loose-fitting, straight, pullover costume has cutaway armholes, contrast applique and shaped hemline. A: drawstring neckline. B: front neckline slit with ribbon ties, and single-layer contrast tie (wrong side may show). No provision for below-waist adjustment.
