International Shipping

We offer several shipping options for international buyers: First-Class International Mail, International Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. All options include FREE shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

• If you choose shipping with First-Class International Mail, be advised that the parcel will be tracked on the territory of the United States only. Delivery time varies by destination.
• If you prefer to track your parcel along its way, we recommend using International Priority Mail. Delivery in 6-10 business days for many major markets.
• If you need your items to be delivered as quickly as possible, Priority Mail Express is your best choice. Delivery in 3-5 business days for many major markets.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by your local postal service or customs. Buyer is responsible for any possible taxes and customs fees. Yes, all boots we are selling are 100% authentic and purchased from official factory Deckers outlet (UGG parental company).

Q. Why do your items often come without original box?

All our boots come from official factory Deckers outlet (UGG parental company) and are sold as is. Deckers outlet oftentimes does not provide original boxes to prevent unauthorized returns to UGG retail stores. There may be a small red marker line on the inside size tag placed by the outlet to prevent returns. This does not mean the product is defective. It's sole purpose is to prevent returns to retail stores.
