You are bidding on a NEAR MINT copy of the November 1993 edition (Vol. 1 No. 6) of Major League Baseball's officially licensed monthly publication called The Diamond. This rich and colorful publication was, unfortunately, short lived and lasted only a few years. Each issue was filled with great stories from and about the greatest players ever.

This edition featured Bob Feller on the cover. Articles covered such subjects as Jim Kaat's 16 Gold Glove Awards, Josh Gibson and Buck Leonard of the Negro Leagues, memories of Crosley Field in Cincinnati, a famous "blown call" from the 1948 World Series, and much, much more.

This magazine is in near mint condition - - no creases, folds or markings of any kind. The magazine looks like it just came off the news stand.
