Our Brushed & White Oiled 1-Strip Engineered Oak Wood Flooring has a total thickness of 15 mm with a 4 mm wear layer. This product comes in fixed lengths of 1860 mm. This Oak is elegantly pre-finished with seven coats giving it ultimate protection and durability. This floor can be sanded down up to 4 times however it shouldn't be necessary to do so for the first 15-20 years. This product comes with a 25 year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
AB/ Prime Grade – cut from the centre of the log, has very few knots (small and unobtrusive).
ABC/ Select Grade – contains some knots (may be up to 20 mm in size), some sap (in this case, up to 10% of the plank) and some colour variation.
ABCD/ Mixed Grade – contains some knots (may be up to 30 mm in size), some sap (in this case, up to 15% of the plank) and some colour variation.
CD/ Rustic Grade – contains colour variation, has sap and typically has knots of up to 60 mm in size.

We manufacture all of our flooring ourselves. We utilise state of the art and technologically advanced equipment in our 38 000 square meter facility which employs in excess of 200 staff. It is because of this we are able to create truly unique and bespoke flooring. We have a monthly production capacity of 50 000 square meters of flooring and are able to provide a wide range of stock in our dedicated warehouse in Essex. For two decades we have been able to sell to over 20 countries in Europe, Asia and North America and in the last 5 years we have approached the UK with the aim to provide better quality products for lower prices. It is because of our extensive distribution networks and the fact that we can provide products directly for the manufacturer that we are able to achieve this goal.
Our Timber Policy
All of our flooring is created from the finest selections of timber. We source our Walnut from America and our Oak from France. These choices are widely considered to be the finest oak and walnut available, due to their attractive colouring, figuring and durability. Our boards are selected and graded by hand, ensuring that our products are consistent in high quality. We also create our flooring in a variety of widths, lengths, grades, styles and colours meaning you can truly customise the look you desire.
How to Order
Please contact us to check we can deliver to your postcode by contacting us either via ebay or by phone. The cost of delivery will depend on the weight of the flooring and distance from warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day that are received by 12pm, at the very latest this falls in to the following day. Please note that prices for postage do include packing time and material costs. We only deliver online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) and we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
Delivery times are between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an estimated time of arrival as we use a pallet courier to deliver the goods. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay or we are unable to fulfill an agreed delivery date, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. We have developed a very reliable delivery service but it is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame, for this reason we strongly advise against booking installers until your goods have arrived as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.
