1 Club Visitors book. (The tear off tickets)

 Clubs are required by law to use this book to sign in visitors/non members to your Club/Association.  
 Any Non member / visitor signs book entry and is given a copy...duplicate copy is retained in book.
 Each Book has 100 pages with 5 tickets per page, giving 500 visitor slips per book. 
 Each ticket is numbered and perforated.
