This harness is for the engine and transmission wiring for a 2007-2011 Ford Crown Vic or Lincoln Grand Marquis.  It will allow you to wire the engine and transmission when installing them into a earlier model vehicle like Cobra kit cars, Muscle cars, Street rods, Trucks and 4x4, etc.  This is not a factory replacement wiring harness. This harness is an EEC-V OBD II system designed to use the original Ford 4.6L ECU.  Your ECU (not included with this kit) will have to be reprogrammed to remove PATS anti-theft at a minimum.  The picture represents the items you will get, but some items may be different.

NOTE: When buying this harness, we need to know the 1) year, make and model of the engine, 2) transmission year and model to be used 3) factory return less or return style fuel system and 4) if emissions wiring is needed (EGR, rear oxygen sensors, canister purge(EVAP)).  Each of these items is specific and we want to include the correct wiring.  We cannot build the kit until the questions have been answered.  Please allow 6 - 10 weeks for the harness to be built before shipping.

This harness can be built for the 2007-2011 Ford Crown Vic or Lincoln Grand Marquis 4.6L 2 valve V-8 engine.

With this harness you can design where to mount your ECU and the routing of each wire custom to your vehicle.  This harness allows you to mount the computer up to 20 feet (in Trunk, under seat, behind kick panel inside the vehicle) away from each sensor.  The computer plugs-in 18 inches from the stainless steel Telorvek panel used as a junction between the computer and sensors that contains the fuses, relays and check engine light. There is an additional wire for mounting the check engine light on your dash.

You will get a bag for each sensor with a wired sensor connector and 20 feet of wire.  Each wire is printed where it is coming from and going to every 10 inches.  You plug in each sensor and run the wires back to a terminal block on the Telorvek panel, cutting the excess wire and crimping a fork terminal. Place the numbered wire with terminal under the numbered screw and tighten the screw.  Once every sensor and fuel pump is wired and plugged in, you will have 3 wires to hook up (Battery feed, Ignition feed and ground). This harness is built in the U.S.A. with brand new OEM Ford connectors and 260 degree automotive grade GXL wire (thicker insulation than TXL wire). The harness includes OEM diagnostic port for Ford 4.6L.  The harness can be used with long tube headers or stock exhaust manifolds. It can only be used with 4R70W, 4R75W transmission wiring included. It will work with any performance upgrades or engine diagnostic tool designed for the Ford 4.6L engine you are using.  Complete instructions are included with a one year warranty from the Manufacturer.  Wiring for all emissions sensors are included in this kit if you request them.  Emissions wiring can easily be eliminated for off-road vehicles.
