Please ensure you take extra care to ensure all information provided is accurate, as due to the handmade nature of these products, I am unable to offer a refund or replacement unless your item is damaged or faulty. Any amendments or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

As these products are handmade they can take up to 3 weeks for them to be shipped out if you need them sooner then please contact me. 

Please be aware these glasses are not dishwasher safe.
