Payment

Please pay within 3 days of purchase. If you are having any problems or experiencing difficulties please let me know, usually things can be sorted out. An unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically after a 7 day period has passed

Dispatch

Items paid for over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. You may sometimes receive a notification that your item has been posted that evening, it will be infact be posted the following day. 

Delivery 

All parcels will be delivered by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Free postage is sometimes offered on my items. These will be sent 2nd Class Standard Post. Please note I usually post within 12 to 24 hrs of receiving payment, I am not responsible for the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver to you. I wish I could affect that but it is out of my control. Please remember this when allocating DSR’s, I would appreciate that.

Issues 

I do appreciate that If there any issues with your order or transaction please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  I will do my best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. 

Delivery 

If your items are not delivered within 7 days in the UK or

If your items are not delivered within 10 days in Europe or

If your items are not delivered within 21 days in the rest of the world. Please just drop me an email and let me know. Royal Mail don’t consider anything missing till 15 working days have passed. I will do all I can to help with missing mail.
