Payment & Postage

quantity above shows the quantity allocated to this shop by our automated
system. If you require a larger quantity we will request you to get in touch
with us so we can confirm if we have more of them available. Upon receiving the
payment of the order your item will be dispatched within 48 hours from our
warehouse in Glasgow. Further we will request you to add an estimated time of
3-5 working days by the Postal services on top of it for calculation of an
estimate of time it will take for the item to reach you. Further note that we
always send an email informing customer of when the item has been dispatched.
We accept Payments via Papal and unfortunately cannot take payments over the
telephone.
You can
also send us payment via cheque (UN-crossed) or postal order but in that case
we will recommend you to send them via Recorded post for ease of mind. Further
note that the day we receive the payment via Quench it will take 5-7 working
days to be cleared before we can dispatch the item to you. Most of our items
will be sent via Royal Mail standard but if the weight or dimension of the item
exceeds the Royal Mail we will use Parcel force or DHL 48 hour’s service to
send the item. Further note that unfortunately due to the surcharges placed on
us for shipping to non-mainland UK addresses we will have to transfer the cost
to you. So in case if you live outside the main British Isle we will request
you to get in touch to get an exact quote for the postage charges.
7 Day cooling Off
Period
(Distance Selling
Act 2000)
This
regulation gives you the right to cancel you reorder for any reason within a
cooling off period of 7 working days after you have received your goods. To
cancel you need to contact us within the cooling off period. The cooling off
period allows you to examine the goods as you would be able to in a retail
store. It does not however give you the right to try out the goods.
The goods
need to be returned in their original condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap
intact) within 5 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of
returning the goods to us. Once we establish the returned goods are in
re-salable condition, we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid
for the goods (minus our shipping costs). If the returned goods are not in
re-salable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the
goods back to you.
Faulty or Damaged
Goods
In the
event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 3
working days and describe the damage so that we can take an
appropriate action. Please take notice of any damage to the shipping
material. We may ask you to email us a digital picture of the damaged goods or
send the product back to us for inspection (within 7 working days).
We will
either replace the product or we will refund your payment in full (including
the shipping costs). If the product is faulty and we ask you to send the
product back to us for inspection, your shipping cost will be refunded too. If
no fault is found, the goods can be returned at your expense or a refund can be
issued not include postage, packaging charges and a 10% restocking fee.

We will
also like to request you to allow 10 working days from the dispatch of your
order before you get in touch regarding delay in receiving of your item.
Further we will recommend you to check the following
things:
1. Have you checked with your neighbors if it has not
been left with them?
2. Has it been left outside your house in a safe place in case if the parcel
was big for your letter box?
3. Have you checked with your local sorting office to see if any package has
been returned to them as being undelivered?

checked the above and you still do not have the item, please do not worry at
all - we will not back down until we can offer the absolute satisfaction. You
are requested to them get in touch with us via the eBay messaging system so we
can offer you further assistance and resolve the situation for
you.
Wish to return an item?
We accept returns for any unopened item within 14 days of the date of your receipt of your order. Kindly pack the item securely and get in touch with us so we can pass on to you the return procedure for the items. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to.
