A versatile, deep penetrating steel electrode with smooth, stable arc characteristics. It is used for the welding of mild steels, galvanized and some low alloy steels. The coating produces a forceful, spray type arc, resulting in deep penetrating welds. The slag is thin and easily removable.
Class E6013 blue rutile coated coated electrodes suitable for welding Carbon and C-Mn steel with medium mechanical properties. Typical Application: Vehicles, ship building and repair, sheet metal, build up over machined and worn mild steel surfaces, general light fabrication.
