Up for sale is an absolutely perfect vintage pink depression glass cup and saucer set in the “Addie/Twelve Point” pattern by New Martinsville Glass!  New Martinsville made the Addie pattern in 1930, and it’s extremely popular, but it's getting harder and harder to find in good condition.  There are FIVE cup and saucer sets available for purchase in this auction - the bid price is for one set, and the buyer has the option of taking as many as desired.  All five sets are totally pristine – there are no chips, cracks, flakes, fleabites, nicks or roughness anywhere, and the glass is nice and shiny bright with no stains, utensil scratches, oxidation or other marks whatsoever!  The cups stand on footed bases, and they have 12 ribs that end in barely-perceptible points around the top edge.  The Addie pattern can be seen photographed in Gene Florence’s “Collector’s Encyclopedia of Depression Glass”.  The buyer will pay shipping (and insurance if desired).  Shipping will be combined for the winner of more than one item whenever practical.  Shipping is normally within 24 hours after receipt of PayPal payment (if other payment options are desired, please don’t hesitate to inquire). Please feel free to e-mail any other questions or requests for additional photos, and thanks very much for looking!!
