We will always pay for return postage/carriage if we have made an error with an order but the customer must pay for return postage/carriage if an item(s) has been purchased incorrectly. Most of our stock is in very good condition and has had light use (unless otherwise stated in the listing but we cannot always guarantee first quality on pre-used pottery).
