• We will dispatch your order(s) within 24 hours from Melbourne on weekdays in Victoria after your payment is cleared.
• Unless specified earlier, all parcels will be posted with Authority to leave. If you do not agree with ATL, please put a note on the order.
• We request you to give us a formal business address for all heavy items. A single item over 30kg is considered as a heavy item. A business run on a residential building is still considered as a non-business address. Failing to provide a formal business address may result in cancellation of your order.

• We are located in Tullamarine,Melbourne. If you want to pick up your order from us directly, please follow eBay's pickup guidelines.
• Please do not ask for pickup address before you place the order,we will not respond your question due to eBay's selling guidelines.

• Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. It cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for commercial use is 6 months.
• You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for a major failure of our product. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
• Our warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, heavy use, neglect, and lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

Buyers have up to 30 days to return the product if the product is defective or faulty and we will pay the return postage. We will either offer a refund or an exchange for buyers. Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within 30 days as long as the package is not opened and the item is not used, but the buyer needs to pay the return postage. When we issue a refund we will deduct the original postage. All returns must be sent back in original condition with everything included in the package. A restocking fee up to 30% may apply if you fail to return the item in original condition such as missing accessories,damaged packages and etc.

If you place an order by mistake simply contact us via eBay message as soon as possible before we post your item. If you contact us after we dispatch your order you will need to post the item back at your own cost to cancel this order. We will also charge you restocking fee or handling fee for this kind of return.
