Directions:

Choose the right size connector for the wires you are connecting.

Remove 1/2in of insulation from wire, insert bare wire into barrel until it reaches the indicator notch inside.

Crimp firmly using a crimping tool and correct size crimp to secure wire inside the barrel.

Repeat steps 2-3 for other side.

Once both sides are firmly crimped, use a heat gun, blow torch or lighter to heat the connector being careful to turn it around while heating the surface evenly. You will start to see the plastic tube shrink around the wires and bubbles form (glue flowing) inside the tube. Once you see this you know you are done and have made a strong, waterproof and insulated connection.

Tests show our connectors holding up to over 200 pounds of pulling force before they come lose, even during varied temperatures. Range -67°F ∼ 2282°F or -55°C ∼ 1250°C.
