If you want to buy multiple items, please request a combined p&p invoice before you pay; there's an automatic p&p discount applied at Checkout (doesn't show in the Basket) for multiple items purchased in one transaction but sometimes it's not quite enough. If you are buying via the Ebay app or for some other reason you cannot request an invoice, I do a regular refunds session for over-charged p&p - you won't lose out & you might get a nice surprise : )

You can request 1st Class or Signed For before paying your invoice - just send a Message. I post "Signed For" (at my discretion) for parcels of higher value or those which are too big to go through a letterbox and may end up at a sorting office. There is a Proof of Posting receipt for every package; Signed For tracking codes will be added after items are marked as dispatched. Bear with us in busy seasons, we do post twice a day to achieve maximum collections and can’t do better than that! 

If your item is taking a long time to arrive, please contact your local sorting office (a depot or a post office) and message me through Ebay "Contact Seller" before opening a Case. I am not a fearsome so ‘n’ so, there's no need to worry that I will moan at you about refunds or replacements - this is a business, stuff happens : )

The same goes for Feedback - if you are unhappy about something, TELL ME! We can fix any problems quickly after getting a Message but can't do much to sort it out to everyone's satisfaction if the first I know is a Neutral or Negative Feedback and a snarky, passive-aggressive comment (it's a shame but it can happen, disappointment can make people grumpy LOL)

Please don't try to contact me outside of Ebay about sales: it's against the rules to share personal details, I won't be looking for random correspondence via email and we both need Ebay to be able to read our conversations for Buyer & Seller Protection, should the need arise : ). Please don't take offence if you are a genuine charity representative, but I also don't respond to any requests to send out freebies!

This might be a faceless online Shop but we do our best to provide great customer service and make every transaction a pleasurable experience : )
