This is the Deworld HDPRO A/V to HD converter upscaler to 1080P.  This is used to input old AV RCA cabling (yellow, white and red) from old video systems such as video cameras and DVD players etc and covert it to HDMI out to new video systems.  If your video game is older and has RCA out cables then this will work.  This is powered and includes power adapter to power it.
