The Italian record companies used to cut a central hole on the deleted singles covers to recycle them as bags for promo and juke box promo singles (which weren't released with a picture sleeve).
Sometimes it's possible to combine a hole cover with the promo version of the same single creating a nice and unique collector's item.
I grade it EX (the cover has light creases).
