For residential deliveries we request an authority to leave goods in a safe place if customers aren't at home, so a re-delivery fee isn't incurred. To avoid any issues with delivery it is advised to specify a business address.

DELIVERY OPTION

We work with different freight company to organise delivery for your products.

Options available:

Pick Up

Pickups are available with prior arrangements only, please contact us before you come to the warehouse for pick up. For stock items, immediate pick up may be available.

Click and Collect

Ship your order to your most convenient Woolworths, Big W store and we will contact you via email or SMS within 1-10 business days when your order can be collected. You can simply bring an Invoice or any proof of purchase for collection.

Exclude large items and some products exclusion apply.

Australia Post

We use Australia Post, eParcel and Click and Send services to send out smaller parcels that normally fits 500g, 3Kg & 5 Kg satchels. These would incur flat pricing $8.95, $11.95 and $15.95

Delivery to New Zealand will incur a flat $16.95 fee for items less than 2Kg. For large items additional freight applies based on weight & dimension. The buyer will be responsible for import duties and additional Tax.

Hunter Express

We work with Hunter Express, Road Express service to send out large size pallets & parcels including vacuum cleaners. The delivery fee will be based on the destination and size of the freight. Please note that our carrier companies’ Delivery Policies and Zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. PO Box delivery isn’t available and if street delivery when not possible, you may incur an additional redelivery fee (flat fee of $25) if authority to leave isn’t specified.

For all delivery:

• Dispatch of goods is arranged through myVacuumParts
• Bulk items and Delivery to remote parts of Australia (TAS, WA, NT, SA) may incur additional delivery cost
• Shipping to New Zealand can be made for up to 2 kg at a flat rate. More than 2kg we will quote the freight for each order.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is within 1-3 days.
• No weekend or after hours’ delivery available unless requested.
• myVacuumParts is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during the transit
• Replacements or repairs of items are sent by prepaid postage
