Same day dispatch if ordered before 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
Next day refers to next working day Monday to Friday. If order is placed on Friday after 2:30pm it will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday UK mainland.
24-hour services may take 48 hours to some parts of the UK (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland etc.)
“Other 24 Hour courier” service will be either Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24 services depending on your location.
If weight on multiple item sale exceeds Royal Mail limit, items will be sent via Parcelforce.
Please allow 5 working days before contacting us on Royal Mail non-tracked 48 services.
