The elastic still functions but it does not have as much elasticity as it once did but there are adjustable tabs on waistband (see photos); a little bit of pant has been scratched off of metal button on back pocket and buttons on bottom of pant legs (no big deal); also, inside white info tags is very faded and majority of it cannot be read. That aside, they are in excellent condition and they look AWESOME! They are free from stains, holes or missing / broken hardware.
