Shipping Information

• We post Monday to Friday using Royal Mail.
• All items ordered and paid for before 13H00 GMT will be posted on the same day. Orders paid for after 13H00 will be posted on the next working day.
• We offer 1^st and 2^nd class post in the UK so be sure to choose the option that suits you.
• Royal Mail 48 has a Delivery Aim of 2-3 days so if you desperately need next day delivery please use the EXPRESS SERVICE as we cannot guarantee that first class post will be with you the next day. 
• Please be aware that orders to Argos etc may take an extra day as they need to go through their internal process after receiving the delivery before they notify you.
• Express service - we offer an upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – this is a signed for option. Take Note – This is a next working day service so items posted on Friday will arrive on Monday – NOT SATURDAY
• PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING TIMES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: TO EUROPE - 5 WORKING DAYS - THE REST OF THE WORLD 7 WORKING DAYS - THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE BY ROYAL MAIL

 

Returns Policy

 

• If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues.
• We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of goods and refunds or exchange will be issued on receipt of returned goods.
• We only refund unused items that are in their original condition with all tickets attached.
• The Buyer is liable for return postage costs
• In the unlikely event that the item is damaged we will issue a full refund or replacement and cover all postage costs.
