Our items are from a Smoke Free and Pet Free home. We generally ship items WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of cleared payment. Items are shipped through USPS First Class unless otherwise noted or requested. If you need item shipped faster than what is provided, we can change shipping option to your request for you to purchase. Items with FREE SHIPPING, are for United States Addresses ONLY.  All Items Are Sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Items that need batteries are shipped WITHOUT batteries as per USPS policy.

Build A Bear Workshop items can be shipped unstuffed upon request to save on shipping charges. If there is a Build A Bear Workshop near you, they can stuff items to your liking. Usually Build A Bear Workshops do not charge to re-stuff their products, but call your local Build A Bear Workshop to verify this, before requesting this unstuffed option from us.
