Herrett's 1911 Adjustable Target Adjustable Grips for 1911 pistols allows the user to adjust the heel flair for full hand contact, thus obtaining greater comfort and shooting accuracy. Especially during periods of changing hand conditions due to temperature or occupation. The contour of the adjustable grip does not lend itself to checkering, thus it is offered in a smooth finish only. The left side grip panel has a raised thumb shelf that is perfectly positioned for a right handed shooter. It is available only in a select grade of American Walnut. Pictured is a grip from our stock. It is NOT the actual grip you will be receiving. Because this item is made from high quality American Walnut the grain texture and color can vary. Weighs 8 ounces. This grip should easily fit any government 1911 style pistol and full size grip 1911 style clone. This grip set is not relieved for ambidextrous safety but can be easily modified by you to accept the ambidextrous safety. This is a right hand grip. Left hand grips are available.
