Payments must be made through Paypal before the product is shipped to customers.
Customers take all obligations to pay applicable sale taxes according to the local regulations.
Warranty
By using our Value Plus Motor Parts product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Value Plus Motor Parts as set out below. Do not use your product until you have read the terms of the warranty agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the warranty agreement, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated in Value Plus Motor Parts return policy (subject to restocking & shipping fees).
Value Plus Motor Parts hereby warrants, to the original purchaser, that all auto parts & accessories contained in the original packaging against any defects in material and workmanship. All parts sold by Value Plus Motor Parts are brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within our stated warranty period above from the original date of purchase Value Plus Motor Parts shall, at its discretion, provide either a one-time replacement part or a one-time refund. Auto parts which are returned for a reason other than warranty are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Value Plus Motor Parts is not responsible for, and warranty does not cover, any damages arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended uses. This warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than Value Plus Motor Parts. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. Warranty and shipping damage-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty. Please note that Struts and Complete Struts must be purchased in pairs (front or rear) or warranty is NULL & VOID.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through eBay messages and provide us with details of the issues, we will look at the parts and determine if the warranty claim is valid or not. A proof of purchase is required, otherwise the claim will be denied. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to proceed the claim after receiving the parts.
Normal wear and tear, modified parts, improper use of product, damage during installation or negligence pf product are not covered under warranty. Warranty is only covered once time per order.
Shipping Information
Product will be shipped within 1 business day from the payment is made through Paypal Monday - Friday (except Holidays and weekends) from our warehouses
Tracking number is uploaded through eBay once the items are shipped.
Value Plus Motor Parts reserves the right to substitute listed shipping courier by different courier given the same transit time.
For free shipping items, we ship all across Canada, except Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the parts given that:
Refund will be issued when your returns meet the above requirements, deduct 15% restocking fee if applicable, the shipping cost is non-refundable and customer is responsible to pay for return shipping charge, unless the return is a result of our errors.
