We cannot be in anyway held responsible for late / part delivery of item as we out source courier service, although we will ensure that its rectified as soon as possible.

We aim to deliver within 2 - 7 working days after payment is received. We advise you to check the item before you accept delivery, once item is accepted there is no claim for damages.

Returns

You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days.

Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in its original condition and packaging. If unpacked or unrolled a £30 handling fee will be charged.

The buyer is responsible for return costs. if the goods need to be collected by ourselves there will also be a £40 collection charge. The items must be unused. Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. If the box/packaging is damaged please advice the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.

Please report any damages within 24 hours to allow us to claim against our carriers. Damaged items or parts will be replaced by us free of charge.
