Only iron can be heated directly. Copper, Silver and Aluminium should be melted in graphite crucible.

Induction Heater

6. If the heater not to work, Please turn off the power supply and extend the heater service life. During the heating process, 

the PBC board and the power supply generate a lot of heat. Please pay attention to maintaining good heat dissipation.


Using 48V power supply system can effectively reduce the heat generated by circuits and components. 

Especially when using for crucible smelting, the heating capacity of circuits and components will be lower than 53.5v power supply system.

(The power will be a little lower than 53.5V (3000W), but it within the acceptable range.)
