Please follow the following instructions to get the exact size:  first of all stretch the balloon before inflating then full up the air with a pump till it comes to 18"/24"/36" size and become complete clear.

the deflated size is very small and inflated diameter will be 18"/24"/36" inch

These are pvc quality and stretch when inflated with air pump

Return item should be used and must be return in its original Packing with any enclosed documentation. Then we will issue the full refund on receipt excluding the original delivery charges, alternatively if preferred will we can exchange the product too.
On international deliveries we can not refund but of course we can exchange the item as usual.
