This listing is for one 23" x 18" project piece of buffalo hide. This is a gallery item. You will receive the exact item in the photograph.

These project pieces come from the hides of ranch-raised U.S. buffalo that were raised for food. The buffalo were not killed just for the hides. The skins are selected for quality and are professionally tanned in the northern U.S. They are from first quality, prime, winter skins selected in December and January of each year. The material is as soft and supple as is possible from such a thick skin. The hair on the hide measure approximately 1.5-2". These pieces can be used for a variety of craft items such as boots, purses, moccasins, pillows & slippers.

We are licensed by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service as an importer and exporter of wildlife products and have been since 1997. We are experts at this business. As a commercial exporter, we cannot ship any regulated wildlife items outside of the United States without first obtaining a U.S. Fish & Wildlife export permit and a CITES export permit where required. Consequently, we do not ship wildlife products regulated by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to customers outside of the U.S. customs zone.
