All our used parts are tested by ourselves before we remove them from the vehicle.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holiday periods).
UK Delivery
Items sent with free delivery will be sent 2nd Class post or Economy courier.
Items sent with paid delivery will be sent 1st Class post or Express courier. Both services have a delivery aim of next day but can take up to two working days on occasion.
Items sent by Royal Mail are not tracked.
Highlands & Islands (including Northern Ireland)
There may be additional charges to be paid if you are in the highlands, islands or northern Ireland.
European Delivery
Items sent with economy or standard delivery are not tracked and can be expected to arrive within 5 - 15 working days.
Items sent with express delivery are tracked and can be excepted to arrive within 3 - 5 working days.
Rest of the World Delivery
Items sent with economy or standard delivery are not tracked and can be expected to arrive within 5 - 20 working days.
Items sent with express delivery are tracked and can be excepted to arrive within 5 - 15 working days.
These times may be longer dependent on your location and customs clearance.

We supply new parts in replacement, OEM, OE and Genuine spec as per the listing.
We have a 30 day returns policy, any items returned after this period will not be accepted unless they are faulty.
We will only refund goods after they have been returned to us with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
If an item has been purchased incorrectly and is returned to us we will only refund the item cost less 10% admin charge.
We will not refund return postage costs unless the item was delivered to you in error, was damaged or is faulty.
