Winning Moves is a games company. We make games, sell games and play games; international family favourite games like Top Trumps, Monopoly, Cluedo, Risk, Connect 4, Pass The Pigs and many many more.

Winning Moves was founded in 1997 and has its international HQ 'The Hub' in Paddington, London. We now also have offices in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Italy, India & Australia and our games are sold around the world.

Top Trumps is fondly remembered from its original heyday in the playgrounds of the 1970s and 1980s. Now, thanks to our team of Top Trumps specialists, the game is not only loved by nostalgic mums and dads but also children of all ages as their favourite subjects are brought to life! Everything from big brands including the likes of Avengers & Star Wars to our classic editions such as Dinosaurs & Baby Animals have been given the TT Treatment.

In 2016, we launched two new games in the Top Trumps family - Match and Quiz! Match 5 in a row of your favourite Disney Princess characters with the Crazy Cube Game or test your knowledge on Sports or Animals to determine who is the true Quiz champion really is!

PAYMENT

You must provide full and accurate payment details (e.g. credit card, debit card or PayPal) at the point of submitting your order.

eBay will take payment from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account as soon as you place your order.

eBay currently accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Switch/Solo, American Express and PayPal.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK and you place your order via the website you can pay in pounds sterling or Euros by credit card or PayPal.

To ensure that shopping online through eBay is secure, when paying by credit or debit card your details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also carry out additional security checks to confirm it is you making the order. In the event your card is declined please contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction.

Orders paid via PayPal cheque will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

DELIVERY FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri) following your order, and are dispatched the same day by the specified postal service. At very busy times there may be a delay of up to 5 days. We aim to deliver your Product(s) by the estimated delivery date set out in the acceptance email and in any event within 30 days from the date of order (The only exception to this is if a customer has requested for an item to be shipped at later date due to being away e.g. holiday, business trip etc.) If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our reasonable control we will email to you a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the delivery address given in the order. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. You will be notified of the delivery charges when you place your order.

What are my delivery options?

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. These include Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post & next working day delivery by courier. Each of these incur different charges and will be applied at checkout once your delivery option is selected.

Peak Periods:

We're the home of the world's favourite games and (as you can imagine) we get very busy around Christmas! To ensure you get your order in time for the big day please make sure you leave a few extra days in addition to our normal delivery times.

Does Winning Moves deliver overseas?

Winning Moves delivers to destinations in the UK and EEA (EU Member Countries) only. Whilst we can send most of our products overseas, some items are not able to be sold outside of the UK and EEA due to license reasons. If you order item(s) which are not allowed to be shipped to your chosen country, we will email you and let you know. In such an event, full refunds will be issued.

Taxes & Duties

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Winning Moves UK Ltd is not responsible for them.

If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to Winning Moves or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to Winning Moves.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Delays sometimes happen, so please allow a further week beyond these times to contact us in case of non-delivery. Please also check with your local postal delivery office in case they were unable to deliver your parcel and are holding it for you. We will make every effort to deliver within the delivery time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If your goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which eBay quote, please contact us through your eBay account.

We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 3-5 working days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items not delivered 10 working days after the delivery date can be officially classified as lost.

Please order from eBay with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Winning Moves cannot be responsible for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

CANCELLATIONS

STATUTORY COOLING OFF RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel your order with us within 30 days after the sale.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by the following communication method:

• Choose a reason for the cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you cancel an order, we will repay to you the price of the order, (including the costs of basic delivery for EU customers as UK addresses already receive 'Free UK Shipping'). Please note that any supplementary costs arising from you choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded. (Original premium shipping charges will be refunded only in case of error on our part). If you cancel only part of an order, we will repay to you that part of the price which relates to the returned Products.

We may make a deduction from the amount due to you which reflects the loss in value of any Products supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling or damage caused by you.

We will make the repayment without undue delay and not later than: 10 days after the day we receive back from you any Products supplied, or (if earlier) 10 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Products.

We will repay (in pounds sterling) the price of the returned Products using the same means of payment as you used to pay for the order, unless you and we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the repayment.

At our request we (or our nominated courier service) may collect the Products from you. Otherwise you shall send back the Products or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Products on or before the expiry of the 30 day period.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
