Winnie the Pooh Storybook Cover Concept Art by Carson Van Osten Group

(Walt Disney, c. 2000s)

Winnie the Pooh was created by A. A. Milne, with his first book published in 1926. To celebrate his 80th anniversary, Disney proposed a book to be titled Disney's Winnie the Pooh - 80 Years of Friendship and Adventure.
Disney Legend Carson Van Osten (1945 - 2015) drew several preliminary designs to be considered.

From Carson's personal files, this a beautifully hand-drawn cover idea; in graphite on onionskin paper, has great eye appeal.

 Image size is 8" x 7"

In addition, there is one 10"x8.5" photostat page, plus a blank sheet with the book's title masthead, as issued by Disney to the artists involved.

Very Good to Fine condition.
