Tile Backer Boards are ideal for underfloor and under tile heating installations below underfloor heating systems on an existing un-insulated concrete or timber sub-floor and will greatly reduce heat up time and running costs.

Tile Backer Boards are ideal for two reasons; an excellent waterproofing surface to fix either wall or floor tiles and excellent heat insulation for underfloor heating systems.

Tile Backer Boards are also suitable for waterproofing wet rooms and showrooms and will protect the floor from absorbing water.

When installing onto concrete sub floors we recommend using flexible tile adhesive, when installing onto wooden floors we recommend using tile adhesive and/or screws and washers.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Living Heat insulation is manufactured in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2001 and certified by BBA Certificate 04/4186. Living Heat insulation also complies with BS EN 13164: 2001 Thermal insulation products for buildings.

All boards come complete with an industry-leading 10-year, waterproof and structural integrity guarantee.

Boards measure (1200mm x 600mm) x 6mm, 10mm 20mm, or 30mm.

Boards can be installed with a suitable adhesive or screwed in position with insulation washers, (both available separately from Living Heat).

Please note when using insulation fixing washers, the washers should be fixed at maximum 300mm centres which mean you will need at least 15 washers per board.

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service. During busy periods we can not guarantee your packages will be sent out on the same day. To minimise any delays please make sure you provide us with a valid telephone number. Our couriers try their best to deliver the next day and currently have a 98% success rate. However, the next working day, delivery is not guaranteed. All our deliveries can be tracked so don't hesitate to ask one of the staff who will be happy to help. For some remote UK locations, we do have to make a small additional delivery charge. If you are unsure if your location could be considered remote please feel free to contact us before you buy.

Please note: Liquids cannot be sent to international addresses due to current aviation regulations.
