Shipping and handling for Continental- US 48 contiguous states
We do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands in the "free shipping basis". If you reside in one of those and would like to purchase from us, please ask for a shipping quote and we will be happy to send it for your consideration. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APOs, FPOs, or Military Mail Box. Orders made during Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be process on the next business day. Our orders will ship within 1 Business day of received/cleared payments. Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter.
We only ship to Verified address that is stated on your PayPal account as the shipping address unless the correct address was stated on the PayPal notes section. E-mailing us after you have made payment does not qualify , so please update your shipping address on PayPal before making a payment. Thanks.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Items must be returned in orignal packaging with all provided parts, hardware, and any other information sent in the original box, as well as copy of your receipt.
Please note that all purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight.
If all above listed requisites are met, a refund will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the item. If the reason for the return is a fault of Quality Wholesale Parts, we will handle all return and replacement costs. If the buyer is at fault for the error resulting in a return, the buyer is responsible for any return costs and the refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
