Troubleshooting for the 4K Lightning to HDMI adapter

• 1.It has to be connected with the Apple Original lightning cable as the outside power sources with the connection to Apple original wall adapter. (Not to Computer USB port)

• 2.Please click”yes” when your iphone/ipad show “ do you trust the devices”.

• 3.HDMI Cable has to be REAL HDMI 2.0 version, not HDMI 1.4v.

• 4.The length of HDMI Cable has to be shorter than 10FT..

• 5.4K TV has to set into “HDMI “ channel .

• 6.QR  code showed on your TV screen will be normal, please follow:

  1, Pull off all cables connection firstly;
  2, Re-connect the cables in this order: Apple lightning cable firstly, HDMI Cable secondly and then have this adapter to connect your smart devices;
  3. Click “ yes” when your smart devices screen showed “do you trust the devices”.
