To make your purchase easy and to simplify your payment process, we use bank transfers and major credit cards through PayPal because it ensures that you can safely make purchases online.

This provides you the extra confidence of PayPal Buyer Protection (see PayPal for details). You are not required to have a PayPal account and will be provided with the option to use this system as a guest.

That's mean even if you have a credit card and no PayPal account, you can still easily use your credit card through PayPal !

PayPal's system is highly encrypted to keep your transaction details secure. It also provides you with a highly accountable, record of purchase including product tracking details. In the unlikely event of anything not going according to plan, PayPal act as the referee to ensure everyone is treated correctly and ethically.

Buyers will have more protection than most credit card holders thanks to buyer protection and a structured complaint resolution process.

SHIPPING

Completed order will normally be dispatched next business day 95% of the time. Please allow up to 2 business days.

Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Once the courier(s) has collected your parcel you will receive an email that will include your tracking number.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

The estimated delivery time frames are:

• For customers in NSW, approximately 3- 5 working days;
• For customers in VIC, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
• For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
• Please bear in mind that these are estimated time.

The item is shipped via Australia Post, Fastway or Allied Express, according to the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will also be provided to you after dispatch.

Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Once the courier(s) has collected your parcel you will receive an email that will include your tracking number.

UNDELIVERABLE POSTCODES

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.

We try our best to fulfill all orders, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service available will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.

Products are generally come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty , unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3 - 12 month manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.

In most instances, where you experience an issue with a product that comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will be able to provide a faster assessment and remedy. Many manufacturers will have dedicated Support centres with access to more detailed knowledge on their respective products, in addition to better access to spare parts.
You may prefer to contact the manufacturer directly to seek a resolution rather than us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you CONTACT US within 48 hours of delivery and to ensure we thoroughly manage your query, our customer support team will also ask for a detailed description through email or ebay messenger, along with your receipt, photos and/or video to support your findings.

RESTOCKING FEE

Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where:

• You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
• Cancelling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.

• All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.
• We cannot give refunds after the 30 days limit has expired.
• When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
• A refund or replacement will not be issued if your item is misused, mistakenly installed or mishandled.
• Please follow the manufacturers instructions at all times.
• Postage costs may apply in certain circumstances of incorrect choice or mistake purchases to assist in a positive resolution.
