    Returns & Refunds

    We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are unhappy with the item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund or an exchange. Unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was issued, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage, and any re-delivery charges for exchanges. If you exceed the 30 days you may be eligible for an exchange only. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If the return is due to a fault with the product, you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.
