Our axles are manufactured using advanced CNC machining techniques from high-strength 7075 T6 aluminum, featuring multiple butting. The T6 temper of the 7075 alloy ensures exceptional durability, with an ultimate tensile strength of 510-540 MPa (74,000-78,000 psi) and a minimum yield strength of 430-480 MPa (63,000-69,000 psi). This means that our axles are built to last indefinitely, and we back them up with a lifetime warranty.

The precision of our CNC machine guarantees an accuracy of 0.01mm or even better on each axle, ensuring a precise fit for your specific needs.

To protect the mechanical integrity of our axles and provide an appealing aesthetic appearance, we utilize "hard" or "hardcoat" anodizing. This process not only enhances the longevity of the axles but also provides a satisfying tactile feel.

Setting us apart from similar products on the market, Hardlite axles incorporate a polyoxymethylene washer (POM) beneath the axle head. This innovative design reduces friction on the fork, resulting in smoother performance.

Whether you've misplaced or damaged your stock axles, Hardlite axles offer an excellent replacement option.
