Includes the Kentucky Derby Hologram Officially Licensed Limited Edition paperwork.

The coins are 39mm Minted Medallions. On the bottom of the box is a UPC sticker that says that these are "Bullion Bronze 3 Coin Set", and has the number 39E912 for the UPC code?

Previously owned, in excellent condition. The box lid has one tear at the corner as shown in the photo.
