Sizes are measured usually from the underside as this gives a better accurate size, measured from the longest positions both lenght and depth, the same design lid can vary in size sometimes upto 10mm so if yours is a branded lid which  has a model number that is the main thing, generally then size is irrelivant but is more essential on unbranded lids.

Condition.

This is a used item, so natural wear including minor scuffs, scratches and underside marks are common and to be expected, if there is any cosmetic issues which i think needs to mentioned i will add issues below.

Please when ordering can you make sure you enter a contact number as i will need when booking courier, i dont think they ever call but it is needed.

Orders placed from Monday - Thursday will dispatched latest the next day, orders placed Frday-Sunday will dispatched Monday,(NOT Bank Holidays though).

I use UPS which i find are very reliable and I will update tracking on order details for you.

I package items very secuely, and as i am selling a recycled item i am happy to use recycled cardboard to package items but they are well packed.

If you do have any special requirements, like leaving with a neighbour, leaving it somewhere safe then please let me know straight away, i will then hand write a note for the delivery driver otherwise you item may end up at a drop off shop where you will be responsible for collecting(you will need i.d when collecting) but you should be able to see any insructions on the tracking info. Any parcels sent with a note though i will not accept responsibilty for loss, once its marked as delivered.

Returns.

Returns are accepted, please let me know within 3 days of receiving item though, and please go through ebay return route as alot easier for us both, and please return within the 30 days. All returns are to be paid for by you(the buyer) though, unless i have described it incorrect but as i have been doing this for years then i am experienced in the items i am selling and therefore any colour issues etc is not classed as me describing wrong as i do offer a service where you can send me a piece to confirm any colour needed.

Prices.

Prices are set by supply and demand,  some are rare and therefore cost more, others sell quick and is a struggle to get more, but it will work out alot cheaper than haing to replace not just you toilet(paying a plumber to fit possible too), but the likely hood of your flooring too as its unlikely you will find a replacement toilet to fit perfect, also no need to paint any arrears etc.

Delivery times including estimated by ebay.

Any orders Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.

Orders made on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

If the Monday is a bank holiday then it will be dispatched on Tuesday.

I aim to get any item delivered on or before the delivery date shown on order details, but i can not be held responsible for courier delays, All tracking is available on order details for you to follow.

If you do need on a certain day(Monday - Friday) please let me know and i will aim to get delivered on that day, but as said before, if a delay by the courier i will not be held responsible as i would of done everything my end correct .

If a BEST OFFER is applied to listing then i might consider a slghtly lower offer of 10% or so, but if the item is already in a sale then i wont be accepting any offers, and any rediculous offers of like 50% off asking price will be just declined.

Q = Is delivery date guaranteed.?

A = NO, delivery date is a estimated date generated by eBay, I personally give myself 2 days to send simple because I alway act on the side of caution as I may every now and again need a extra day for posting due to personal commitments but usually items are sent the next working day after order, I then allow a extra 3 days for the delivery service to deliver to you although eBay are estimating the delivery date sooner because the majority is delivered sooner than my guideline, but if I put a quicker date and they are late my selling standards are affected.

 Also anyone living outside Mainland Uk, so like the Highlands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands please allow extra delivery time, I try to post to these places but delivery companies vary a lot so just allow a few extra days to be safe.

Q = Can I Collect in person?

A = NO, sorry but it just isn?t convenient for me, I never know exactly where and when I am, and from previous experience?s from people collecting it takes a lot of time out of my day, a parcel takes only a few minutes to send usually, but if so was collecting I am someone who would be there 20 minutes earlier than agreed time, and then waiting for someone running late just means it isn?t worth the time for me, and please don?t ask saying you will wait or be early, I am no longer available for collections in person.
