If you are fitting a modern Post Mount caliper to an older frame or fork, this is the adapter you need. Each item is one adapter, not one pair.
Use the supplied bolts and washers to mount the adapter to the frame/fork, with the arrow pointing upwards/in the direction of wheel rotation. Use your own caliper bolts to mount the caliper to the adapter.
