"Official Proceedings: First Ysgithrian Symposium on Heraldry" is an irregularly paginated, 8.5"x11" plastic comb-bound softcover issued in 1974 (this is the revised edition) by The Society for Creative Anachronism and The University of Arizona Medieaval Club (Tucson - aka the Barony of Tir Ysgithr). This is copy #31 of an unspecified number. The book was produced for the first KWHS (Known World Heraldic and Scribal) symposium. It includes chapters written by various authors on SCA heraldry.
The book is in acceptable condition. The back cover is missing, and I suspect a couple pages may be missing as well. The final chapter is G, "Texts for awards of arms and scrolls of appreciation," and the last page is G-1, "Texts for awards of arms" - nothing about "scrolls of appreciation." The front cover has many creases, soiling, small moisture stains, writing at the top, a tape repair at the left side. Pages near the front have a moisture stain at the bottom corner. The title page is creased, and the last page is torn at the bottom. The interior is age-toned.
