Admira Electric 16 A1 16mm Movie Camera with 4x Meopta Lenses Full Set w Bag
In this lot we have a cinematography icon from the 1960s - the Admira Electric 16 A1 16mm motion picture camera.
Produced by MeOpta in the former "East block" republic of Czechoslovakia in 1968. The model is made for export.
The camera features a solid metal body with built-in distance measurement indicator and ISO settings chart. Allows mounting of two lenses simultaneously that can be easily interchanged for quick use via a rotating plate.
We have the full set for this camera, including 4 original MeOpta lenses, two viewfinder lenses, battery pack and charger, guarantee sheet in six European languages, all in the original leather carry case.

Condition of set:
The camera body is in near excellent cosmetic condition inside and outside. All mechanisms (levers and knobs) are working without glitches. There are no visible damages on the battery nor the charger.
The lenses have general wearing on the metal, scratches and spots here and there. The focus rings rotate nice and smoothly. The lens glass has spots here and there, some dust accumulation. There is no haze, no visible damages, no scratches on the lenses. There is a hair line like feature that is seen on one of the lenses - the MeOpta Largor one. Not sure what this thin hair line is, it's on the inside of the lens and is not readily visible.
In all, this vintage Admira Electric 16 A1 16mm movie camera set is in great condition. A fantastic gift for movie producers and directors and a valuable collectible from the history of motion pictures of the 20-th Century!
Please, mind, although the camera seems in working condition, we have not tested it with film.
