Shipping: FEDEX Ground Service - with tracking number. Seller is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All goods ship from Menasha, WI USA. After payment has cleared, seller will make every effort to ship the same day or the next business day if it is past 2:30 p.m. CDT. Seller will only process orders during business hours Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CDT and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. CDT. Seller does not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.  

Shipping costs listed are to the 48 contiguous states. Estimated delivery time for ground service is 1 - 6 business days from the date of shipment. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling expenses.  

Shipping Damage: Seller will make every effort to ensure items are securely packaged, however damage in transit may occur in rare instances. Please contact seller immediately and provide photos of the damage. The seller will provide assistance with an insurance claim.

Sales Tax: Buyer is responsible for any tax expenses due in their state.

Payment: Seller only accepts payment through PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.

Buyer's Warranty: Unit is sold AS IS without any warranty. Seller does not have a history or type of use of any item. Seller does not include operating systems, drivers, CD or software unless specified in the description.

Returns: All sales are FINAL for USED condition items. Returns are accepted for NEW condition items that must be in its original packaging. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to NEW condition items not in their original factory packaging and condition. Unless the listing is incorrect, buyer assumes return shipment expenses for items in their original condition sold. 

Technical Support: Seller does not provide technical support for setup, installation or any other user-related issues. Seller is not responsible for compatibility issues with buyer’s system or software.

Defective Items: All USED items go through quality testing before shipping. If the USED item is non-functioning upon first usage, please contact seller immediately and describe what the related issue is in detail before shipping the item back. Buyer will assume return shipment expenses. After verifying that the item does not work as described, seller will ship out a replacement at seller's expense. If there is no replacement for the defective item, seller will issue a refund for the item's sales price less the shipipng and handling charges.
