When you receive your new Memorable Mobile Number:

• Simply open the package
  

• Pop your new Multi-Sim Card into your O2 or unlocked handset

• Your new number is up and running

Would you like to use your Memorable Mobile Number on a different network other than O2? No problems.  

Please let me know after you have received the sim card and I will send you the Ofcom website link using the "Text-to-Switch" service in order to receive your PAC code and transfer (Port) your new number to a different network.

Sounds Complicated, but so easy your kids could do it for you and takes only a couple of minutes. Simples.

Should I find that the returned item is not as above, you will not receive a refund.

Please take multiple photos when returning the item in order to prove it has not been opened or used.
