This tiny little rural cottage has a variety of build options, the kit includes: the cottage, adjoining barn (with parts to turn it into an annexe), extension and a porch, all of which can be built to a configuration of your choosing. This innovative modular design makes it entirely possible to create a row of cottages all with differing features but created using multiples of the same kit.

The set is supplied as a cardboard kit that requires assembly. Instructions are included to help with the build.
