Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. Any order which would ship on a Tuesday will ship of the following Wednesday instead.
Please do not book a fitter to install any product until you have received and checked your goods.

Warranty
All Hotels Only products come with a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty, you must notify us in writing, including a description of the fault and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing. Where the manufacturer finds the Goods to be at fault, we will repair, replace (with the same or superior goods) or refund at our discretion.
We accept no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
Returns
Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 48 hours will be dismissed.
We are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy for customers on eBay. Any product returned must be in a re-sellable condition & include the original packaging.
Please ensure that a note with your eBay user name and/or name and address is included in the package to prevent delays processing your return.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned unless this has been specifically agreed in advance with our eBay team. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
